Anne E. Lagerstedt “beloved wife, mother, and grandmother”

COUDERSPORT, Pa.---Anne Elizabeth Lagerstedt, 74, of Coudersport, formerly of Brockton, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly with her husband by her side on Sunday, May 23, 2021.
Born on Saturday, March 15, 1947, in Stoughton, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of John H. and Eileen Bennett Cummings. On May 4, 1985, in St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Brockton, she married Patrick A. Lagerstedt, who survives.
She was a graduate of Stoughton High School. Anne was employed as a stitcher by Foot-Joy Inc. in Brockton for 22 years, having been very proud of her work.
Through her employment,, Anne met several sports stars each year including Tom Brady, The Gronk of the Patriots, and Wes Welker.
Anne was an avid Patriots fan. She enjoyed playing Bingo. She loved her many dogs throughout the years. Her greatest love was her family.
Anne, along with husband, moved to Coudersport in 2005.
Surviving besides her husband are four children, Kelly A. Paoletti of Bridgewater, MA, Toby N. Paoletti, Jr. of Brockton, MA, Derek W. (Lauren) Paoletti of Ashburn, Virginia, and Heather D. (Mike) Jones of Coudersport; ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a sister, Eileen Brennan of New York City; her friend from childhood whom she considered a sister, Penny Simmons of New Bedford, MA; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents. Anne was predeceased by a sister, Ellen Hamdeed; a granddaughter, Ashley Vaughn; and a grandson, Joseph Braunwald.
In keeping with Anne’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Teacher’s Pet Rescue, 19 Blackberry Lane, Coudersport, PA 16915.
Anne’s family has entrusted her care and cremation arrangements to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
