CERES, PA---Blazedyn Elmer Faulkner, 8 week old infant son of Brock W. Faulkner and Sadie A. Green of Ceres, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, Pittsburgh with his devoted and loving parents and family members at his side.
Blazedyn was born on April 11, 2014 in Coudersport.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his maternal grandparents, Steven and Judy Green of Ceres; his paternal grandmother, Darlene Learn of Bolivar, NY; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be no public visitation. Private graveside services will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Ceres, PA, at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh, 451 44th Street, Penthouse Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
