PORT ALLEGANY, Pa.---Halie M. Little, 22, of Port Allegany, formerly of Austin, passed away unexpectedly at UPMC Cole, Coudersport, on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
Born on Wednesday, September 16, 1998 in Coudersport, she was a daughter of Douglas G. and Carey J. Kinard Little.
Halie was a graduate of Austin High School, Class of 2017 and was currently attending Northern Pennsylvania Regional College for early childhood education.
A hard worker, Halie was previously employed by UPMC Cole in Coudersport as a CNA and at the Keating Summit Hotel in Keating Summit.. At the time of her passing, she was employed as an assistant teacher for Northern Tier Headstart Program in Port Allegany.
Halie loved camping, gardening, shopping, and her dogs. She also loved building her farm, including raising her many chickens. Her greatest loves were her family, her beloved Tristan, the children she helped teach and the elderly she care for at the hospital.
Her care for all was all encompassing in her life as it was also at her passing, as Halie was graciously an organ donor.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents of Austin; the love of her life, Tristan P. Evens of Port Allegany; a sister, Racheal A. (Tod Streich) Glover of St. Marys; her nephew, Wesson Streich, who she loved, adored, and spoiled; her maternal grandparents, Janice and Art Albright of Dallastown; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Halie was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Dave and Connie Bock; and her maternal grandfather, Greg Kinard.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life for Halie at the Keating Summit Hotel, 9839 PA 155, Austin, Pa., from 3pm to 8pm on Thursday, September 2, 2021. At 6:30pm, Halie’s uncle, the Rev. Donald R. Caskey, co-pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, Coudersport, will lead a time of sharing. Please bring your memories to share.

Your young life touched so many......you were a gift to the children you taught and an inspiration to those who worked with you. Your gentle spirit will live on in those who you shared the special gifts and talents you were given at birth. May your parents and friends be comforted with the knowledge that your goodness and kindness will live on through the children you inspired with your love of learning.
