COUDERSPORT, PA---Jeffrey D. “Jeff” Kelly, 63, of Coudersport, formerly of Orlando, Florida, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Born on Thursday, October 26, 1961 in Rochester, NY, he was a son of Gene Kelly and Joan M. Jackson Kelly Freeman.

Jeff was a graduate of Coudersport High School. For many years he was employed by Twin Trucking in Georgia where he transported travel trailers and campers.

He enjoyed NASCAR.

Surviving is a sister, Sheila K. (Michael) Greene of Roulette.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was predeceased by a daughter, Afton Lynn Kelly.

In keeping with Jeff’s wishes, no public services will be observed.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Jeff’s name may be made to PCAAP at www.pottercountyanimalassistanceproj.org or to Teacher’s Pet Rescue, 19 Blackberry Lane, Coudersport, PA 16915.

Jeff’s sister has entrusted his care and cremation arrangements to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
