ROULETTE, Pa.---Kathleen F. “Kay” Capehart, 75, of Roulette, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019, in Bradford Manor, Bradford, after a long illness.

She was born on March 25, 1944. On August 27, 1981 in Norristown, Kay married Charles H. “Cappy” Capehart, who passed away on May 7, 2009.

Kay was a van driver for Potter County Human Services.

There will be no public visitation or funeral services.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.
