Robert E. Pratt “a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

SHINGLEHOUSE, Pa.---Robert E. “Bob” Pratt, 87, formerly of Clara, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021, in Bradford Regional Medical Center, Bradford, after a long illness.

Born on Saturday, November 11, 1933 in Portville, N.Y., he was a son of Earl O. and Gertrude A. Hay Pratt. On June 29, 1957, in Eldred, he married Patricia J. “Patty” Nuhfer, who survives.

Bob was a 1953 graduate of Shinglehouse High School and honorably serviced in the US Marine Corps from 1953-1956. He was a life member of Shinglehouse American Legion Post 530.

In keeping with Bob’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Private burial services will be held in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Shinglehouse.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shinglehouse American Legion Post 530, 1364 SR 44S, Shinglehouse, PA 16748.

Bob’s family has entrusted his care to Kevin J. Dusenbury, funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
