Rosalie E. Siller “beloved mother, grandmother, and sister”

SHINGLEHOUSE, Pa.----Rosalie E. “Rose” Siller, 77, of Shinglehouse, formerly of Mentor, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, in Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport.
Born on Monday, May 8, 1944, in Shinglehouse, she was a daughter of LaVerne A. and Vera I. Lawton Lowe. On July 31, 1963 in Port Allegany, she married Harold P. Siller, who predeceased her on August 2, 1991.
While living in Ohio, Rose was employed by the former J.J. Newberry’s Department Store and also was a cashier at Mentor Family Foods Grocery Store in Mentor.
Rose enjoyed gardening and genealogy. She was a self taught computer enthusiast.
Left to cherish her memory are three children, Athena A. (John) Benchina of Mentor, Wilma L.(Marc) Reynoso of Painesville, Ohio, and Harold P (Barb) Siller II of Mentor; nine grandchildren, Amy, John, Nirvana, Mike, Josh, Marco, Max, Stephanie, and Erik; a great-grandson, Ryker Danik; four siblings, Harold A. Lowe of Coudersport, Frances “Frankie” A. (Dale) Stonemetz of Shinglehouse, Ramona J. Lowe of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Clara B. Lowe of Orlando, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, and husband, Rose was predeceased by a grandson, John Moore; two sisters, LaVerna E. Krisher and Lois M. Prentice; and a brother, LaVerne A. “Buz” Lowe, Jr..
In keeping with Rose’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Burial will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery, Madison, Ohio.
